Today, BuildBetter added a new Intercom Integration feature that allows users to import all historical and ongoing Intercom conversations to be processed via Signals. This integration aims to extract actionable insights from Intercom chats and tickets, allowing easier synthesis of customer feedback.

Before the Intercom Integration, users had to manually sift through numerous Intercom conversations to identify key insights, trends, and customer sentiments. This process was tedious and time-consuming, often leading to overlooked feedback from these conversations.

Now, with the new Intercom Integration, users can seamlessly connect their Intercom account with BuildBetter. The integration automatically processes all customer interactions and flags important insights such as customer sentiment, recurring issues, and emotions conveyed in the conversations. This feature enables users to efficiently identify trends, analyze customer feedback, and enhance support strategies. For example, customer support teams can easily filter conversations by specific topics like "bugs" or "feature requests," allowing them to address issues promptly and improve customer satisfaction.

To get started, customers need to access their BuildBetter account, navigate to the settings in the bottom left corner, and select the integrations option to connect Intercom.
